2. How cookies are managed on your dashboard
Essential and functional cookies are required for the Cartflox dashboard to work properly. Without them, you could not log in or use the main features.
You can manage analytics and marketing cookies through:
• The consent banner shown on your first visit
• Your account settings (Privacy & Cookies section)
• Your browser settings
Note: disabling essential cookies will cause the service to malfunction.
3. Third-party cookies
Some of our partners may set their own cookies:
• Payment providers (Orange Money, Wave, MTN): cookies required to process transactions
• Infrastructure hosts (AWS, Vercel): technical performance cookies
• Analytics tools (Plausible): privacy-friendly analytics, with no cross-site tracking
We do not work with third-party advertising networks on our merchant dashboard.
4. Retention period
Each cookie has a defined lifetime:
• Session cookies: deleted when the browser is closed
• Persistent cookies: kept until their expiry date or until manually deleted
You can delete all stored cookies at any time from your browser settings (History → Clear browsing data).
5. Managing cookies in your browser
You can control cookies directly from your browser:
• Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
• Firefox: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and Site Data
• Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
• Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Warning: blocking all cookies may affect how the Cartflox dashboard works.
6. Changes
This cookie policy may be updated to reflect changes in our practices or in regulation. We will inform you of any substantial change by a notification on the platform or by email.
